Alex Lafreniere - Introduction
Alex is currently on Internship with Crescent Point Energy returning to studies in his Bachelor of Science in Oil and Gas Engineering in September 2016. He is interested in pursuing a career that bridges energy and investing. During previous summers, Alex interned at Husky Energy working at a field separation battery in the town of Provost. Prior to that, he worked in completions for Trican Well Service, an energy services firm. Alex also works with FUSE, which is a joint industry and student collective driving high impact initiatives in the sustainability space out of the University of Calgary. He has been fortunate to have gained extensive international experience travelling across the Americas, Asia, and Europe and has a keen desire for opportunities to volunteer, travel, and work internationally.
